Below are some of the most frequently asked questions about Real Estate Photography including our pricing, timing, availability, payment methods, and more. If your question is not answered below, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to respond to it as quickly as possible. 

All photos are delivered within 24 hours after the shoot. Videos, Floor Plans, Matterport Scans may take up to 48 hours- however are usually much less.

Our real estate photography prices start at $195, but pricing is dependent on what you need done and the size of your property. You can see are pricing page here

Payment can be made prior to or after the shoot directly using our secure platform. We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, Cash, or Check. 

Thanks to HDR technology that we use, your property will look bright and evenly lit regardless of what time of day it is shot. We usually recommend noon as a great time, however any time from sunrise to sunset works.  

Most shoots will be complete in under 45 minutes from photographer enter to exit. However, it is possible for a shoot to take more time depending on the size of the package and property.

Not at all. Infact, we prefer vacant properties as there is less hassle to avoid the camera. With that being said, we have Supra eKey access, or you can send lockbox codes, door codes, or have somebody open the door. 

Yes. All photos we take are professionally edited to ensure they look perfect. Blemishes will be removed, skies will be blue, TV screens will be replaced with images, and all shots will be evenly lit. Please note that the basic editing does not include de-cluttering, object removal, grass replacements, or virtual staging. 

If your property is empty, virtual staging can be a great option to showcase the potential of a property. We can virtually add furniture and décor to any room or area. Virtual staging costs $20 per photo for 10 or less photos, and $15 for more than 10 photos. You can see some examples of it here

Photos will be delivered digitally using our secure platform. You will easily be able to download your photos from there. 

In the case of inclement weather, we are able to reschedule the shoot for you at no additional cost. Note that we are also still able to do a shoot in cloudy (not rainy) weather, then replace the clouds with a bright blue sky if you prefer!

Cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to the shoot are subject to a $50 fee. All other cancellations have no fee. We also offer no-commitment scheduling, where you can postpone the shoot at no additional charge. 

If full payment has been made, you have the right to use the products, and it means you agree that the right to use the products has been given ONLY to you. You agree that you cannot transfer, assign or sublicense your rights to use the products, the photographs, video, or other kinds of media included therein to anyone without the copyright holder’s written permission.

Your rights allow you to use our photographs, videos, and other media for marketing purposes. However, your Rights do not authorize third parties to display, copy, or distribute our work to provide services competitive with our products unless our written permission allows you. For real estate, these rights are valid without limits, as long as you have the listing. If you no longer have the listing, the rights to use the products are also gone.

If someone asks you about your rights to the products, you would need to refer them to us. If we allow others to use our products, an additional licensing fee may be necessary.

Yes. In fact drone photos are included with every real estate shoot package we offer unless otherwise specified.
